Wait for network confirmations. A deposit can take a few minutes to land depending on the network you paid on. The balance updates automatically — no need to open a ticket in the first 15 minutes.

Find your payment Order ID before contacting support. If you paid from Binance Pay, open Binance → Pay → Order history, open the payment and copy the Order ID (it looks like 123456789012345678). If you paid from a wallet or exchange, copy the on-chain transaction hash (TXID) instead.
هات رقم الطلب (Order ID) قبل ما تكلم الدعم. لو دفعت من Binance Pay: افتح Binance ← Pay ← Order history، افتح الدفعة وانسخ Order ID (رقم طويل زي 123456789012345678). ولو دفعت من محفظة أو منصة تانية، انسخ الـ TXID (هاش المعاملة) بدل منه.

Never pay twice. One unfinished deposit does not block a new one, but paying the same invoice twice from different accounts can complicate verification. If the invoice page still shows "check", wait or start a new deposit — do not resend to an old address.
