SP5 Reseller API Acceptable Use Policy

You must use the API lawfully, securely, and in compliance with SP5 terms and third-party rules.

Prohibited uses

Fraud, account takeover, credential theft, phishing, malware, or spam.
Unauthorized access, prohibited scraping, harassment, or illegal activity.
Payment or chargeback abuse, bypassing SP5 security, or manipulating prices, IDs, balances, or requests.
Sharing or reselling API keys, accessing another customer’s data, or impersonating SP5.

SP5 may suspend or revoke access and keys for suspected abuse or security risk. Report suspected key compromise promptly.
