Am I billed by bandwidth?

No. Mobile plans are billed by time, with a daily fair-use allowance of about 15 GB per proxy. Only residential is sold by the GB ($1.50 / GB).

Which protocols are supported?

Golden, Silver and Turbo support SOCKS5 and HTTP on supported connections. Injection plans are HTTP only. Nitro uses SOCKS5.

Can I change location?

On Golden, Silver and Turbo, change country, state and connection from the locations available in inventory, at no extra SP5 charge. Nitro offers a random new location while keeping the same port, subject to available sources.

Can I try it first?

Yes. A one-hour free trial is available after email verification, subject to account, device, network and available-capacity checks.

What is the difference between Golden and Injection?

Golden uses a username and password. Injection uses an allowed IP without a password, over HTTP only. The same authentication difference applies to Turbo and Turbo Injection. Each name is a separate plan.

Do you offer refunds?

For residential packages, when cancellation is accepted, the full amount returns to your SP5 wallet. Contact support for other cases.
