SP5 Reseller API Terms

These Terms govern access to the SP5 Reseller API. By activating, you agree to use the API lawfully and in accordance with SP5 policies and applicable third-party rules.
Access and keys
Activation is available to eligible SP5 customers with verified email accounts. Keep every API key confidential and use it only server-side. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys. Rotate or revoke a key immediately if it may have been disclosed.
Balance and purchases
Purchases use your existing SP5 account balance and applicable public prices. There is no free credit or separate reseller wallet. Billable requests are subject to rate limits and idempotency requirements.
Limits and suspension
SP5 may suspend, disable, or revoke access or keys for abuse, fraud, security concerns, unpaid amounts, chargebacks, policy violations, or unlawful activity. Availability, performance, location availability, and third-party platform acceptance are not guaranteed.
No prohibited claims
SP5 does not promise anti-ban or undetectable behavior, income, uninterrupted availability, or acceptance by any platform. You remain responsible for your customers and integration.
