SP5 MCP lets a compatible AI agent check your SP5 account and manage proxies through the tools you choose. Create a dedicated agent key and set its daily spend limit in your dashboard.

Get started in three steps

    Open API keys in your dashboard, create an AI agent key, and choose its daily spending limit.

    Add the connection config

    Connect to the hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint in Cursor.

    Ask your agent

    Ask it to show plans, check balance, list proxies, or perform an action you request.

Replace sp5_... with the agent key shown once when you create it. Do not paste a real key into a public repository.

Spending and access controls

  • New agent keys default to a $1/day spending limit. You can change it from $1 to $1,000.
  • Purchases and renewals show a preview first. The agent must pass confirm=true to make a billable call.
  • Agent purchases are recorded with source mcp in the spend ledger.
  • Revoke an agent key from the dashboard at any time.
  • check_ip is free and available without an account.
  • The MCP server does not log or persist target IPs sent to check_ip.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a separate limit for each agent?

Yes. Each agent key has its own daily spend limit. You can change the limit or revoke the key in API keys in your dashboard.

When can the agent spend my balance?

Purchases and renewals are previews unless the agent passes confirm=true. Only a confirmed call can be billable, and the API enforces the key’s daily spend limit.

Can I stop an agent from connecting?

Yes. Revoke its agent key from the dashboard; requests using that key will no longer be authorized.

Does switching location have an extra charge?

The switch_location tool changes an eligible proxy’s location without an additional location-switch charge.
