Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SP5Proxies ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our Services.
Language preferences and optional voice assistance
We use your connection's country and browser language to suggest a language. Country detection may send your IP address to Country.is. Your manual choice is stored in a language cookie and local storage and, after sign-in, in your account preferences.
Public website text and message templates may be translated by DeepSeek. Customer values, passwords and payment credentials are not included in translation requests to that provider.
Voice assistance starts only after you start a call and allow microphone access. Audio and the relevant page controls or account information requested during the call are processed by Google Gemini. You can mute or end the call at any time. Enter passwords and verification codes privately; microphone capture pauses while a private field is focused.
