What the message means
Each location (for example Florida or London on a given carrier) has a fixed number of live modems. When every modem in that location is serving customers, a new purchase in it is refused — your wallet is never charged for a refused purchase.
معنى الرسالة
كل لوكيشن (مثلًا فلوريدا أو لندن على شركة معينة) فيه عدد محدد من المودمات الحية. لما كل المودمات بتخدم عملاء، الشراء الجديد في اللوكيشن ده بيترفض — ومحفظتك عمرها ما بتخصم لعملية مرفوضة.
What to do
Pick another city or state in the same country — capacity varies by the hour, and a popular location often frees up within minutes to hours. Nearby locations on the same carrier usually perform the same. Your payment is safe either way: a refused purchase never deducts balance.
اللي تعمله
اختار مدينة أو ولاية تانية في نفس الدولة — السعة بتتغير على مدار الساعة، واللوكيشن المزدحم بغالبًا بيتفاضى خلال دقايق لساعات. اللوكيشنات القريبة على نفس الشركة غالبًا أداؤها متطابق. ودفعتك آمنة في الحالتين: الشراء المرفوض عمره ما بيخصم من الرصيد.
If it keeps failing
If one specific location refuses you repeatedly over a day, tell support which country/city it is — capacity is expanded based on exactly these reports.
