Can't delete the last port of a Residential package
مش قادر تمسح آخر بورت في باقة الـ Residential؟
The rule
A Residential GB package must always keep at least one port. If your package has a single port, the Delete action is refused with a clear message instead of running — this protects your remaining traffic from being stranded.
القاعدة
باقة الـ Residential لازم يفضل فيها بورت واحد على الأقل. لو الباقة فيها بورت واحد، زرار الحذف بيترفض برسالة واضحة بدل ما العملية تتعمل نص — ده بيحمي الجيجات المتبقية من الضياع.
Need a different location?
You do not need to delete the port to change location. Create a new port in the city you want, check it, then delete the old one — two ports for a few minutes is the safe order.
عايز لوكيشن تاني؟
مش لازم تمسح البورت عشان تغير اللوكيشن. اعمل بورت جديد في المدينة اللي عايزها، جرّبه، وبعدين امسح القديم — بورتين لبضع دقايق هو الترتيب الآمن.
Really done with the package?
If you will not use the remaining traffic, cancel the whole package from its card instead. Cancellation follows the Terms: payments are final, and an unused package may be eligible for a replacement or account credit via support — a credit is not a payment refund.
خلصت مع الباقة؟
لو مش هتستخدم باقي الجيجات، ألغِ الباقة كلها من كارتها. الإلغاء على حسب الشروط: المدفوعات نهائية، والباقة غير المستخدمة ممكن تكون مؤهلة لاستبدال أو رصيد حساب عن طريق الدعم — الرصيد مش استرداد مالي.
